Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please email us at support@zarqhanfragrance.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If eligible, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• • You received a damaged or defective product
• • You received the wrong item
• • You cancelled the order before it was shipped

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used or opened perfume bottles are not eligible for return or refund unless they were damaged during delivery.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will be notified once the refund is issued.
